Position Title: Interior Design Product + Material Coordinator

Product + Material Coordinator oversees fulfilling project orders, inspecting goods, arranging delivery + storage, processing payments all while staying in clear communication with the lead interior design and clients. Ensuring the organization and efficiency required to realize ours and our client’s visions.

  • proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
  • A proactive problem solver
  • Previous working experience as an Office Coordinator or similar, with applicable knowledge of office management systems and procedures is required.
  • Familiarity with Harvest and QuickBooks is preferred but not required.


  • Valid passport and driver’s license
  • Have a vehicle (that will be used for business on occasion)
  • Comfortable and efficient working with various computer programs, with advanced Excel skills
  • Must be comfortable with heights and climbing ladders
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to carry and move heavy items
  • Balance cheque book and manage accounts receivable
  • Compile & reconcile receipts
