    Discovery: Defining scope, concept, and budget

    Site measure: Creating an accurate blueprint of your space to work off of

    Mood board: Developing a style and design direction

    Space planning: Determining how a place will layout and flow

    Building code review: Ensuring the feasibility of the proposed scope

    Schedule: Always updated to keep us all on track

  • Design Development

    3D renderings: Where we bring the design to life with a digital visual

    Materials: Collecting physical samples of the materials we want to use

    Budget: A basic estimate of finishes, fixtures, and equipment costs

    Meetings: At key check-in points in the approval process

  • Construction Documentation

    Drafting: Translating the design into floor plans and elevations for construction

    Specifications: A detailed document with all of the information on each individual item in the design

    Building permit application: Preparing documents for the authority having jurisdiction to review

  • Contract Administration

    Construction kick-off: Getting the general contractor started

    Responding to requests for information: Providing clarification and direction to the contractor when questions or complications arise

    Changes on site: Tracking any new developments or changes and updating the design

    Site reviews: Inspecting the construction process at key points: framing, electrical/plumbing rough-in, millwork, final walk through

  • Add-on Services

    Exterior concept: Development of an exterior look including renderings and finishes

    Detailed project budgeting: A more in depth cost tracking measure than basic budgeting

    Tender: Preparation of tender documents, coordination with bidders, and management of bids

    Furniture/decor package: Sourcing furnishings and/or décor accessories

    Procurement: Purchasing some or all design items on behalf of the client, including coordinating shipping, and delivery.

    Staging: Assembly and set up of any furniture and/or décor items
